Executive Assistant
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Type: Full Time

Provide high-level administrative support by preparing management reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.  

Essential Functions:

  • Provide general administrative support to members of Sr. Leadership
  • Prepare reports, letters and other documents, using Microsoft Office
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets using excel
  • Oversee service variance validation process
  • Assist with service pricing analysis
  • Assist with service benchmark analysis
  • Prepare presentations for various meetings using power point
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for corporate, manager and branch meetings including scheduling
  • Retrieve and/or respond to incoming calls, messages
  • Manage and maintain executives calendars
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of upcoming company events (holiday, company picnic, promotional dinners)  
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports • Make travel arrangements as needed 


Required Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Clerical knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as email/calendaring (Outlook), managing files and records, and other office procedures
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Discretion and confidentiality are crucial
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented; ability to produce accurate and timely reports
